Pull the backing of the holder
and stick them up to the cheekbones
as shown on the pictures.

Take the cover of the Velcro pad off
and wrap it overlapping around the
cleaned and dry tube, dont cut it!

Important:
the Velcrostrip on the tubus have
to be covered with the band, otherwise
there is a risk of skin problems.

Fasten both ends on the holder,
band should always crosswise the
Velcropart of the holder. see pic.

As above, only pull the band through the slot in the band and attach the ends to the holders.
